24 HOUR SPONSORED PRUSIK   

 

On the weekend of 11th/12th June 2011 the Shepton Mallet Caving Club

will be holding a sponsored event to raise money for
 Leukaemia research
at
the Shepton hut, the Mineries in Priddy
 
Details
  • A designated number of members will take it in turns to prusik ensuring someone is always prussiking during the full 24 hour period
  • Start time is noon on Saturday 11th , ending on noon on Sunday 12th 
  • There will be at least 2 fixed ropes on a scaffold tower
  • A minimum of two officials will oversee the event 
 
Attractions include
  • Beer
  • Music
  • Hog Roast
.. and hopefully a surprise activity too!!
